We connect educational planning with subject and language teaching, mentoring and family support. From current learning needs to future choices, we help each child follow a path that can evolve as they grow.

Founded by Dr Min, EdD, University of Cambridge, who leads educational design and teaching quality.
由剑桥大学教育学博士敏博士创办，主持教育设计与教学质量把关。
Primarily for students in Grades 6–12 in the Chinese school system and their families, with early preparation for Grades 4–5.

For students developing English communication or learning another language, such as Italian
Our English courses draw on Dr Min's communication research, using reading, discussion and real-world situations to practise expression, listening and cultural understanding. We also offer Italian and other language learning, tailored to each student's starting point, interests and goals. Children in Chinese public schools are welcome too.

Students research courses, compare options, plan their preparation and explain their goals. Mentoring, review and feedback help them develop judgement and take ownership of their applications.

Personalised education begins with understanding the child. Together with the student and family, we agree how to approach learning, explore interests and provide practical support. Plans evolve through experience and reflection.
个性化教育从认真了解孩子开始。课程怎么学、兴趣怎么探索、需要哪些支持，都结合孩子的实际情况共同确定，并在实践中不断调整。
听孩子说，也理解家庭
Listen to the child's interests, learning experiences and current difficulties, alongside parents' observations. Build a shared understanding of their strengths and where support is needed.
通过交流了解兴趣、学习经历和当前困难，也听取家长的观察。一起看清孩子已有的优势和需要支持的地方。
把方向变成能做到的事
Agree on achievable goals with the child. Connect subject learning, language communication, interests and everyday independence with practical actions, so they understand the purpose of each step.

Dr Min oversees our educational approach and teaching quality, drawing on more than twenty years of experience across teaching and school leadership.

MEET DR MIN · 认识敏博士
把教育研究与一线经验，用在每个孩子的成长中。
Dr Min is the founder of Cambridge Future and holds an EdD from the University of Cambridge. She brings together educational research, curriculum design and teaching to provide personalised international education for Chinese families.
敏博士是剑桥大学教育学博士、剑桥未来创始人。作为国际教育者，她将研究、课程设计与教学实践相结合，为中国家庭提供个性化国际教育支持。
From research to the classroom. Her doctoral research focuses on Chinese students' English communication. Through repeated cycles of curriculum practice and refinement, she helps students express themselves, communicate and understand others in real situations.
从研究走向课程。她的博士研究聚焦中国学生英文交流沟通能力，并经过多轮课程实践持续改进，帮助学生学习在真实情境中表达、交流与理解他人。
Experience across educational settings. Her more than twenty years in education include around fifteen years teaching in British secondary schools, alongside experience in Chinese public education and international school leadership. This informs how she connects curricula, classroom practice and each child's learning needs.

Growing independence. Through a coaching-informed approach to mentoring, she uses listening, questions, practice and feedback to help children develop their own ideas and take responsibility for their choices.

Teaching, mentoring and family consultations are primarily one-to-one online. Summer schools, study visits and talks follow programme-specific arrangements. Content and pace are agreed around the child and family.
